Constantine said his side had received complaints from embassy employees regarding substance use by several people around Guilfoyle. He described a “host of very weird people” associated with her in Greece, including what he called a “transgender stylist” (referring to Fancy James, Guilfoyle’s publicly known traveling stylist who accompanied her during her tenure). He added that there was “an indication on who was the supplier,” though the clip did not elaborate further.
