Federal judge blocks Trump from Writing his name on any place on Kennedy Center

A federal judge just told the Kennedy Center board it cannot inscribe President Trump’s name on the building—again.

U.S. District Judge Christopher R. Cooper ruled Tuesday that adding language such as “Renovated and Restored by President Donald J. Trump” under the existing Kennedy Center signage would violate both his earlier order and the 1964 law that created the institution as a living memorial to John F. Kennedy. The same order blocked a plan to rename the grounds “President Donald J. Trump Plaza.”
