an Ex-White House Ethics Lawyer wants Trump to do his part in helping solve the homeless problem in new york.

Richard Painter, an ex Ex-White House Ethics Lawyer under bush has urged Trump to use Trump tower to help new york’ homeless population.

“Moving New York City’s homeless into Trump Tower would help solve the homeless problem and at the same time bring a much higher quality group of people into the building. Win-win for everybody.” Mr. Painter said.

the former president once claimed homelessness is ‘so easy’ to handle when he was president in an attack on Democrats.

the then President Trump called on the governors of New York and California to ‘politely’ ask him for help.

in 2019, Trump attacked California’s governor, Gavin Newsom, a Democrat, for his “bad job” on “taking care of the homeless population in California”.

“If he can’t fix the problem, the Federal Govt. will get involved!” the president said in at the time

no word yet if Trump will take the offer of Mr. Painter.
